All orders made during any of our SALE, Discount or Last In Range events can only be returned for online or in-store credit up to 14 days from the purchase or delivery date with a valid receipt. Garments and products must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed and returned in a sellable condition. Worn, used or damaged products will not be accepted.
Any SALE item may be subject to minor defects, but we will not sell heavily damaged or misprinted products unless stated in the description.

Our automatic 10% OFF discounts at the checkout are applied to the cheaper item.

Victorious Festival Returns:
All orders made during any of our festival events can only be returned for in-store credit up to 14 days from the purchase date. Garments and products must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed and returned in a sellable condition. Worn, used or damaged products will not be accepted.
Collections: All Click & Collect orders will be held for up to 1 year and we will continue to contact you. After 12 months if uncollected we will return to stock as SALE items.
